What is an Enterprise account?
An Enterprise account is for a company or agency that looks after several organizations, or runs card campaigns for its own customers. It sits above the ordinary accounts rather than replacing them.
It is free to open. You are not charged for the account itself - you are charged for what it creates, at the prices those things already carry. An idle Enterprise account costs nothing.
What it can do
Run several organizations. A club, a team or a branch can be attached to your Enterprise account, and you can see and manage them from one place. Each one keeps its own members, its own profile and its own cards.
Set the look once. Your brand kit - your logo, your colours and a default card design - is offered to the organizations you run, so one design is built once rather than explained to each of them.
Run campaigns. A campaign is a promotion with its own page and its own cards, for handing out to customers rather than to staff. That is what makes an Enterprise account different from a large team.
What it does not change
Attaching an organization does not absorb it. It keeps its lead, its members, its subscription and its cards, and the person who ran it still runs it. If an organization you pay for would rather pay for itself again, it can: you keep the period you have already paid for, and it starts its own trial after that.
Your own personal profile carries on beside the Enterprise account. Adding one does not convert the account you already have.
Opening one
Go to the sign-up page and choose Enterprise. You will be asked for the company name and your details, and the account exists straight away.
If you are not sure whether you want one, the short test is whether you are looking after other people's organizations or running promotions for customers. One large team is a team.
