Cards ship within 2 business days of your order. We email you the tracking number as soon as yours ships, with a link to follow it — that email is the thing to watch for, as there is no order-tracking screen in your dashboard.

Delivery time on top of that depends on the carrier and where you are.

After you order, your card goes through three stages:

Processing — paid for and being printed. Shipped — on its way. This is when the tracking email goes out. Delivered — the carrier has confirmed it arrived. You may get a second email at this point.

Your receipt is under My Invoices in your dashboard, or Invoices on a team account. That page shows what you paid; it does not show delivery progress.

If the tracking email has not arrived within a few business days of ordering, get in touch and give us the email address you ordered with.
