I did not finish signing up - do I have to start over?
If you started signing up and did not finish, nothing is lost yet. We keep the card you designed, and the email we send you brings you back to it.
We email you the day after you stop, again a week later, and once more at the end of the month. The first has the subject Action Required: Complete your Somebody.Cards registration; the last one warns you that your unfinished sign-up is about to be deleted. The link in any of them reopens the sign-up with your card design, your name, and your email and phone already filled in. Carry on from where you were, or change any of it first — nothing is charged until you pay for shipping at the last step.
The link does not sign you in, and it is not a password. All it does is reopen your own unfinished sign-up. Once you have finished and your account is live, it stops working.
An unfinished sign-up is kept for 30 days. After that it is deleted, along with the card you had designed — the last reminder is the one that tells you so. You are welcome to sign up again afterwards; you will just be choosing your colours a second time.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder. You can also start again at somebody.cards with the same email address: that continues your unfinished sign-up rather than creating a second account, though you will need to pick your card design again.
